Getting Around Our Site
No matter what page you’re on in our Website, there are always three easy ways
to find exactly what you’re looking for. Every page gives you the option to
enter a Search, to Shop, or to access our Site Index. To search for a specific
item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, the catalog
number, or the item SKU number into the Search field on the upper right hand
section of every page. You can also browse for an item by moving your mouse
over the Shop button at the top of every page. This will reveal a window of
Categories to look through to help you locate the item. Or you can click on the
Site Index appearing at the bottom section of every page. A list of Categories
to choose from will appear to assist you in locating the item you’re interested
in.
Telephone Orders
While we strive to give you everything you need to order online, we understand
that sometimes you just need a bit more info. That’s what our customer service
department is all about. Our associates are standing by (they’re actually
sitting) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just call 800.933.9904.
Catalog Orders
There are two quick ways to do this. You can type in the exact name or catalog
number of the item into the Search field appearing in the upper right hand
section on every page of our Website. Or you can click on Catalog Quick Order
and enter the requested information needed to find the item you’re interested
in.

International Orders
We ship our accessory items internationally via FedEx. To receive an
international shipping quote, please
click here to fill out the international shipping form. Your request
will be submitted to our Customer Service Department. You will receive an email
back from our Customer Service Department within two business days with a
shipping quote for you to approve. Upon approval of the shipping quote, your
order will be processed. If you have any further questions, please feel free to

Back Orders
As hard as we try to keep all of our items in stock, we occasionally
underestimate the popularity of our merchandise. In these instances, an
estimated “in stock” date will be listed in red next to the item. We trust
you’ll find our products worth the wait.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on items delivered to these states:
Illinois (9.75%) and Washington (9%). Washington requires tax on all delivery
charges and varies based on destination.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network and Gift Cards.
We do not accept clams, bananas or conch shells as payment.
Ordering Confirmations
You will receive two email confirmations from us after ordering. One will
confirm reception of your order. The other will notify you when your order has
shipped. Please note if you ordered furniture items you will not recieve a
shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them
to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You
will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in
Checkout.
